    The planning application number for this proposed developement of 72 houses off Pound Lane and St Georges Road is 16/06956/OUT.

    If you wish to comment on the application please submit your views to Wiltshire Council by 9 September. You can comment via the online facility on the dedicated online facility on the Wiltshire Council planning application website for this application number. Alternatively letters can be sent to David Cox, Wiltshire Council, Developement Services Central, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, BA14 8JN.

    On the planning website there are a number of documents submited by the developer including the plans showing the proposed layout of the development and the access points. The Travel Plan analyses the projected impact of the houses on the village and includes further details of proposed vehicular access to the proposed development from the end of Pound Lane as well as off St Georges Road just beyond the tennis court.

    The extract of the development layout shown on the Seminington Village website shows a pedestrian access to Pound Lane but within the planning application document there is a proposal to turn this footpath into a vehicular access as access ( per the travel plan) for larger vehicles will be easier from Pound Lane than St Georges Road.
